§ 4 Delivery
Deliveries are made while stocks last. Within Berlin to the outskirts of the city, there is a delivery fee of 7 euros for orders over 100.00 euros net. From the outskirts of the city up to a radius of 100 km the delivery fee is 20 euros, from 100 km it is 50 euros.
Order and delivery times
Orders received by 8:00 a.m. will, where possible, be delivered the same day; Orders received later on the following delivery day. Within a radius of 100 km, delivery takes place within 48 hours.
Shipping throughout Germany
Deliveries across Germany are usually carried out by a freight forwarder within three to four days. The shipping costs are calculated separately.
Availability and goods control
In the event of unavailability, the customer will be informed immediately. In this case, Barletta-Eis can withdraw from the contract; Further claims for fulfillment or damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law. The goods must be checked together with the supplier upon delivery.
§ 5 Collection
Collection from the warehouse is possible Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
§ 6 Transport damage
Obvious transport damage must be documented upon delivery and reported to Barletta Eis immediately. The customer thereby supports the enforcement of possible claims against the transport company.
§ 7 Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Barletta-Eis GmbH until full payment has been made. It must be treated with care; Interventions by third parties or seizures must be reported immediately in writing.
§ 8 Warranty
The statutory warranty rules apply unless there are permissible deviating agreements. For used items, the deadline is one year. Damage resulting from improper installation, operation, storage or connection is excluded. Barletta ice cream can initially make improvements or provide replacements.
